Happy Thursday my lovely peeps!

I hope you’re having a great week so far! I’m trying to get all my ducks in a row for this weekend, because I’ll be in the city for BookCon on Saturday, but I’m staying Fri-Sun. I’m so incredibly excited! Anyway, I decided to partake in a meme that I haven’t done since St. Patrick’s Day.

Today is That’s What He Said Thursday,  hosted over @ Chapter Break.

Here’s how it works: You post a favorite line from your book boyfriend to his heroine. These are direct quotes from dialogue in a book. It is not a physical description of a male protagonist or a paragraph of dialogue. It is a line spoken by our favorite heroes to their lucky ladies (or guys!).

This week I chose a quote from A Court of Mist and Fury, that hopefully doesn’t give anything away. I’d hope that this could kind of be assumed, but if not, then I apologize.

***Possible Spoilers Ahead***

Top o’ the mornin’ to ya, and happy St. Patrick’s Day!

I hope you’re having a great week so far! I’m trying to get all my ducks in a row and finishing packing before we take off for Florida Saturday morning. But anyway, today is Thursday! You know what that means.

This week’s quote comes from Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli. I honestly can’t remember if it was Blue saying this Simon or vice versa, but I thought it was sweet nonetheless. So here we go!

Simon Quote

I love their relationship so much. It’s so intimate and endearing.

This week’s quote mirrors my first TWHST post where I posted a quote from Sam, which I think is interesting. I can’t help but wonder if SJM did that on purpose. (Can we also talk about the title of the 5th ToG book? How badass is Empire of Storms? I’m even more excited now!) Anywho, here’s the quote! Continue reading

Now, a bit of a warning. This quote is a bit vulgar. Since Beautiful Boss is coming out on the 29th, I figured I’d use a quote from the characters in the newest book. This one happens to be one of my favorites because this part is hilarious. Continue reading

This week, my quote isn’t lovey dovey. That was last week’s TTT. This week my quote is from Cal in Glass Sword. He’s being raw and hits the nail right on the head I think.

My quote for this week comes from the Assassin’s Blade.
Sam Cortland. *sigh*  I can see why Celaena likes you so much.
